• CUTTING SHOP

Our Cutting Shop is equipped with Band Saws & Billet Shearing Machines

 

• DIE SHOP

Our Die Shop is equipped with Vertical Milling Centre (VMC), M1TR with DRO, Electro Discharge, Lathe Machines, Shaping/Drilling Machines, Air Compressors, Die Grinders and Welding Machines

 

• FORGE SHOP

Our Forge Shop consists of Gravity Drop Hammer with a capacity of 2 tons & battery of Precision Forging Presses with capacities up to 500 tons, Pusher Type Furnaces (500 Kg per hour), Mechanical Power Presses, Continuous Heat Treatment Furnace, ISO Thermal Annealing, Hardening/Tempering and Shot blasting Machines.

 

• MACHINE SHOP

To provide complete solutions to our customers, we have a modern Machine Shop equipped with CNC turning Centers supported by all type of conventional machines.

 

We have a complete power backup facility so that production is not affected and delivery schedule are adhered to.
